I'm totally obsessed with Janis Ian at the moment. For people who don't know she's a folkish singer from the 70s and I love her! I don't have any of her music on my computer so you'll have to find her for youself if you want to listen.
I am also very much enjoying the show Deadwood, which is not for the faint of heart. It's a semi-historically accurate story about an illegal town that is set up Indian Territory because of gold that was found in a nearby river. Very interesting and a little disturbing, I am looking forward to seeing the second season!
